In the above subject matter, I/we would like to purchase the Promoter shares of your reputed company, I/we request for the purchase of the shares as per the rules of the company. In this regard, I/we would like to inform you that the final decision of the company will be accepted.
Note:
- The Committed Amount against purchase of share can be paid in 3 installments
a) 35% amount- immediately b) 35% amount within 6 months c) 30% amount within 12 months
- The company will provide you the receipt voucher upon receipt of each installment.
- After the payment of all installments, the company will provide you Promoter Share Certificate
